My favorite photo for August 28 is from a once in a lifetime trip to Alaska. My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with a five day cruise on Prince William Sound followed by five days at Camp Denali in Denali National Park.
One evening a bus load of photographers from Camp Denali headed to Wonder Lake, location of an iconic image by Ansel Adams. Denali is an amazing National Park and I highly recommend staying at Camp Denali.

My second choice for my favorite August 27 photo is a portrait of Stef, one of the nicest models it has been my privilege to work with. We did several photo shoots together.
Sprague Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. August 28, 2004.
And my third choice is a panoramic image created at Sprague Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. The lake was like glass. Sprague Lake is one of my favorite places on the planet.
