Acadia National Park at Night, Maine. October 18, 2017.
Last fall I went on my first trip to Acadia National Park. I arrived long after sunset but that was not going to stop me from taking pictures. I drove into the park, found a small parking area beside the road and stopped to take pictures.
I blended two photos that were identical, except for the exposures, to create this image. One image was exposed longer for the stars and the faint image of the Milky Way. The other image was exposed for the lights of a passing car.
