Janae and Candle, Nebraska. Christmas 1980.

My favorite photo for this date is actually two photos. The first is a photo of our daughter looking at a Christmas candle.

The light for this photo isn’t coming from the candle, which is way too dim. The light is coming from a nearby household light bulb. The tungsten color temperature of the light bulb and the daylight balanced slide film give this photo its warm glow.
