The Christmas tree came down today. As much as I love having the tree up, it has to come down sooner or later.

I set a camera up on a tripod to take a pictures. The light level was low and the shutter speeds were slow. I was taking a string of bubble lights off the tree. I was surprised by the pattern made by the bubbles in the lighted water. This was a happy surprise. When I take the regular lights off the tree I get continuous light streaks. This is my favorite image for February 12.
