At the end of a photography workshop we were on an afternoon and evening field trip near Glenn Michigan. This is my favorite photo for this date.

Earlier in the day we were doing some photo exercises. All of the red cups are lined up to work on depth of field skills.

John Weese is one of my photo buddies. He has helped out with some of my photography workshops. We were on our way home from a workshop and we stopped at one of my favorite photos locations, West Lake Nature Preserve in Portage Michigan.

From early spring to late fall there is always something interesting to photograph at the West Lake Nature Preserve. It is one of my favorite southwest Michigan photo locations.
