Here are my favorite photos for the month of June. The story behind this “favorite photos by date” project is here.

July is a good photography month for me. Photos of family and friends topped the list this month. Eleven photos were taken in California due to mid July family events in the Bay Area over the years, plus wildlife photos taken in California during those trips. Wildlife and landscapes came in with a tie for a strong second this month. Several trips to photograph SPECTACULAR in Iowa also figured in this month’s totals, plus several photo shoots with models.
